Do you…

Push through rather than tend to yourself?
Struggle to trust your body, and struggle even more to listen to it?

Have you ever…

Felt not quite at home in your body?
Felt too exhausted to connect, yet too disconnected to truly recharge?

Are you…

Curious about connecting to your body, but cautious about what that might bring up?

Come home to Your Pelvis

February 1–5, 2026 · Virtual (Live on Zoom)
Daily virtual sessions: 9:15 AM ICT | 30–45 minutes

This is not about learning more about your body.

It’s about rebuilding relationship with it.

Over five days, we’ll gently explore your individual story and connection to the pelvis; through breath, movement, awareness, and reflection; creating space to listen, soften, and reconnect in a way that feels safe and sustainable.

You don’t need to push.
You don’t need to perform.
You don’t need to have the “right” words.

You just need a willingness to be present.

What We’ll Explore Together

Each day includes a 30–45 minute live session combining guided practice, education, and integration.

Together, we’ll:

  • Explore your individual relationship with your pelvis and body

  • Build awareness of your own anatomy in an accessible, embodied way

  • Use breath as a bridge… allowing breath to move with the body, not over it

  • Gently notice patterns of holding and tension, and practice letting go

  • Support nervous system regulation through slow, intentional practices

  • Integrate sensation, awareness, and reflection rather than override

You’ll also receive daily email reminders with:

  • A simple intention

  • Journal prompts to reflect on the day’s experience

  • Support for integrating what you notice into daily life

This is about feeling, not fixing.

How This Is Held

This is a live, virtual experience on Zoom, held over five days so you can build connection gradually—without overwhelm.

There is space to:

  • Learn at your own pace

  • Honor your boundaries

  • Participate as fully or quietly as you need

You are always in choice.

What You’ll Receive

  • 5 live Zoom sessions (30–45 minutes each)

  • Guided pelvic-focused movement and breath practices

  • Educational insights to help you understand what you’re feeling

  • Daily email support with journaling prompts and reflections

  • Practices designed to support regulation, connection, and integration

This work is especially supportive if you’ve been:

  • Disconnected from your body or pelvis

  • Living in cycles of tension and release without true resolution

  • Curious about embodiment but unsure how to begin

  • Wanting a softer, more respectful way to reconnect

If you’ve been living disconnected, it didn’t happen by accident.
Your body adapted to what was asked of it.

Reconnection doesn’t require more effort.
It requires permission.

I created Coming Home to the Pelvis for women who are tired of pushing through and ready for a different relationship with their bodies…one rooted in listening, not override.

A free 5-day pelvic practice offering a supported way to begin… at your pace, in your own time.

I’ve worked with 100’s of women who…

Who learned to burn out rather than turn in.

Who disconnect, dissociate, and distrust their pelvis after years of pushing through.

Women who sense subtle changes in their bodies. tension, numbness, fatigue, discomfort, but don’t yet have the space or support to listen.

This isn’t because they’ve failed their bodies.

This work begins with listening and unfolds from there.

It’s an invitation to:

  • Slow down without shutting down

  • Reconnect with yourself

  • Rebuild trust with your body

  • Begin relating to your pelvis as a place of information, support, and collaboration

No pressure to “do it right.”
No need to know what self-care or self-love should look like.

Just a place to start.

If you’ve been longing to feel more at home in your body;
without pushing, performing, or powering through….

Coming Home to the Pelvis offers a simple, supportive way in.

Hi, I’m Laura

It all started with my training as a licensed massage therapist, where I got to know the human body and how to help it heal. My qualifications also include yoga teacher training (E-RYT 500 & YACEP) and over 2000 hours of course study in anatomy, physiology, myology, neurology and movement therapy.

My personal experiences have also played a big role in shaping my understanding and my approach to women’s wellness. I’ve faced my own health challenges, which taught me how important it is to have the right knowledge and tools to advocate for myself.

In 2019, I was involved in a serious car accident that left me with a significant hip injury. As time went on, I realized that the treatment I was receiving wasn’t helping me as much as I had hoped.

After seeking help from various healthcare professionals, including an orthopedist, physical therapists, and chiropractor, the treatments often left me feeling more frustrated than relieved.

I decided to turn to my knowledge of pelvic health. I understood that healing wasn’t just about addressing the structural issues– it was also about the soft tissue and functional aspects of my body. I began to apply what I knew about pelvic health to my recovery, focusing on self-care practices that emphasized movement, awareness, and connection to my body.

Absolutely. Below is a conversion-supportive, calming FAQ section written in the same tone as your page: clear, confident, and reassuring—without overexplaining or sounding defensive. I’ve included the most common questions women ask in offerings like this.

I’ve made thoughtful assumptions where appropriate; I’ll flag anything you may want to confirm or adjust at the end.

FAQ’s

How is Coming Home to the Pelvis delivered?

This is a live, virtual experience held on Zoom over five days.

You’ll receive:

  • Daily email reminders with your Zoom link

  • A short incantation or intention for the day

  • Journal prompts to support reflection and integration

Each live session is 30–45 minutes and designed to fit into real life without overwhelm.

What if I can’t attend a live session?

That’s completely okay.

All sessions will be recorded and shared within 12 hours.
You’ll have access to all recordings for the entire month of February, so you can practice in your own time and revisit sessions as needed.

Many participants choose a mix of live and recorded attendance.

Do I need to attend live to benefit from this?

No.

While live attendance offers real-time presence and connection, the practices are just as supportive when experienced through the recordings. This offering was intentionally designed to be flexible and accessible.

Is this appropriate if I’m new to pelvic work or embodiment?

Yes.

This practice is beginner-friendly and trauma-aware. You don’t need prior experience with yoga, pelvic floor work, or embodiment practices.

All guidance is invitational, with options offered throughout. You are always encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.

What if I feel unsure, disconnected, or don’t “feel much” in my body?

That’s more common than you might think, and you’re welcome exactly as you are.

This work does not require you to feel anything specific. Awareness, curiosity, numbness, sensation, or uncertainty are all valid starting points. The practices are designed to build relationship slowly, without force or expectation.

What should I have available for the sessions?

A quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably is helpful.

Optional supports include:

  • A yoga mat or blanket

  • Cushions or pillows

  • A journal and pen

You don’t need special equipment, and you’re always welcome to modify or rest.

Is this practice safe if I have pelvic pain, tension, or dysfunction?

The practices are gentle, exploratory, and focused on awareness rather than intensity.

That said, this experience is educational and supportive, not a replacement for individualized medical care. You are encouraged to honor your own boundaries and consult with a qualified healthcare provider if you have specific medical concerns.

How much time should I plan for each day?

Each live session is 30–45 minutes.

You’re invited, but never required, to spend additional time journaling or reflecting afterward if it feels supportive.

Is this right for me if I’m already feeling overwhelmed?

Yes, this was created with that exact reality in mind.

The practices are intentionally short, paced, and designed to support regulation rather than overwhelm. Many women find this becomes a grounding anchor during busy or demanding seasons.

Still unsure?

That’s okay.

If you’re feeling curious but hesitant, you don’t need certainty to begin, just willingness. This practice is designed to meet you where you are and offer support without pressure.
