Below states The Wellness Nook’s Terms and Conditions, your use of our website is subject to these terms and conditions.

Customer Responsibility

For Existing Customers: Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time

For New Clients: Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Guidelines above are to ensure your appointment starts on time and all necessary information is conveyed to your therapist.

Late and Cancellation Policy

Please be advised if you are late, you may be subject to a shortened appointment time at the full cost of the scheduled appointment.

Same day cancels may be subject to a 50% of the fee of the service booked.

Cancellations made within 4 hours booked may be subject to a 100% fee of the scheduled appointment.

Missed appointments may be subject to a 100% fee of the scheduled appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance, by calling 631-257-5128 and/or emailing: appt@thewellnessnook.com.

All sales are final, there are no refunds.

Payment

Service prices vary based upon the type and length of what service time. Full payment is due at appointment. Gratuity is not included. Checks are not accepted.

Gift Certificates

All gift certificates expire 365 days after purchase date. Physical Certificate is needed at time of redemption. No expectations.

Intellectual Property

“The Wellness Nook” brand, logo, pictures and all other intellectual property rights belong to us. Please contact us at contact@thewellnessnook.com if wanting to use logos or affiliated images on our website.
