Most of us live our lives inside a body we were never taught to understand.
Yet somewhere inside, you sense that your pelvis holds more than symptoms and muscles. That it carries rhythm, memory, intelligence, and change. Feb 22-April 4, 2026 Sundays 9:15 am EST
And there are moments when that knowing begins to ask for more….
Have you ever felt…
a quiet distance from your body even when you’re “doing all the right things”?
curiosity about your cycles and transitions, but a little lost without clear guidance?
a desire to feel oriented and informed, rather than overwhelmed?
There’s a reason these questions don’t have easy answers.
Pelvic anatomy, and the language needed to understand and communicate about it, is largely absent from our education.
Women are expected to navigate cycles, symptoms, and medical conversations without ever being given a clear, foundational framework.
This Should Have Been Taught
Instead of connection, many women are left with:
confusion about what’s normal
conflicting advice from medicine and wellness spaces
a sense that something is “off,” without language for it
reliance on external authority rather than internal understanding
This lack of education isn’t a personal failure — it’s a cultural gap.
