  • Tight, restrictive clothing that limits the free flow of breath.

  • Hunched over phones and computers, collapsing posture and restricting the diaphragm.

  • Disconnected from their breath and how it moves within them.

  • Craving more from their bodies — ready to discover how breath is the first, simple step.

What women are saying…

“I had the chance to participate in Laura’s pelvic floor workshops-both on line and in person. They are a beautiful mix between theory and practice and her holistic approach resonates a lot with me: she combines spiritual practices with science and awareness.

Laura shares her experience and deep and diverse knowledge about female health in general and the pulvic floor in particular with (com)passion that is absolutely contagious. She manages to create a safe space where you are invited to lean more about your body, (re)connect with it and where you feel like no question couldn’t be asked (which I found especially helpful approaching this area that can be associated with shame, trauma or taboo for many of us).”

“I’ve had the pleasure of attending Laura’s yoga classes at Shambala over the past two years, and I can honestly say they’ve been some of the best classes I’ve ever experienced. Each time, I left feeling deeply nourished—physically, emotionally, and energetically. I especially appreciated the focus on hip openers, which always seemed to target exactly where I was holding tightness or tension. Her teaching is intuitive, grounding, and truly healing. I’m so grateful for the space she holds and the intentionality she brings to every practice.”

Hi, I’m Laura

It all started with my training as a licensed massage therapist, where I got to know the human body and how to help it heal. My qualifications also include yoga teacher training (E-RYT 500 & YACEP) and over 2000 hours of course study in anatomy, physiology, myology, neurology and movement therapy.

My personal experiences have also played a big role in shaping my understanding and my approach to women’s wellness. I’ve faced my own health challenges, which taught me how important it is to have the right knowledge and tools to advocate for myself.

In 2019, I was involved in a serious car accident that left me with a significant hip injury. As time went on, I realized that the treatment I was receiving wasn’t helping me as much as I had hoped.

After seeking help from various healthcare professionals, including an orthopedist, physical therapists, and chiropractor, the treatments often left me feeling more frustrated than relieved.

I decided to turn to my knowledge of pelvic health. I understood that healing wasn’t just about addressing the structural issues– it was also about the soft tissue and functional aspects of my body. I began to apply what I knew about pelvic health to my recovery, focusing on self-care practices that emphasized movement, awareness, and connection to my body.

You’re breathing — but are you breathing optimally?

Whether it’s restrictive clothing, anxious breath-holding, or reversed breathing patterns, this workshop offers fresh insights and a new approach to your breath.
