Hi, I’m Laura
It all started with my training as a licensed massage therapist, where I got to know the human body and how to help it heal. My qualifications also include yoga teacher training (E-RYT 500 & YACEP) and over 2000 hours of course study in anatomy, physiology, myology, neurology and movement therapy.
My personal experiences have also played a big role in shaping my understanding and my approach to women’s wellness. I’ve faced my own health challenges, which taught me how important it is to have the right knowledge and tools to advocate for myself.
In 2019, I was involved in a serious car accident that left me with a significant hip injury. As time went on, I realized that the treatment I was receiving wasn’t helping me as much as I had hoped.
After seeking help from various healthcare professionals, including an orthopedist, physical therapists, and chiropractor, the treatments often left me feeling more frustrated than relieved.
I decided to turn to my knowledge of pelvic health. I understood that healing wasn’t just about addressing the structural issues– it was also about the soft tissue and functional aspects of my body. I began to apply what I knew about pelvic health to my recovery, focusing on self-care practices that emphasized movement, awareness, and connection to my body.
Imagine if you were no longer disassociated from one of the most integral parts of the human body
You might be thinking that "Google exists, I can find this information online,” and some of this would be true. However, this workshop provides a focused and structured learning experience, saving you not only time and confusion, but providing you with the exact techniques to support stronger outcomes.
What women are saying…
“I took the Introduction to the Female Pelvis Workshop back in 2023, and it was an eye-opening experience! Laura was absolutely amazing-so knowledgeable, compassionate, and engaging. I had no idea how out of touch I was with my own body until this workshop.
Laura broke down the pelvic muscles and bones in details, and for the first time, I truly felt connected to this part of myself. Fast forward a year later, everything I learned in this workshop became so valuable during my pregnancy and childbirth. Knowing how my body works gave me the confidence and control I needed to navigate the experience with more ease.
If you're even a little curious about your pelvic health, I highly recommend this workshop. It's the knowledge every woman deserves to have!”

"Laura is truly amazing! Her knowledge and deep understanding around anything and everything anatomy and physiology related is beyond me and i was constantly in awe and fascinated by the ease and grace of her as she simplified the most complex concepts i HIGHLY recommend attending Laura's workshops, the knowledge she shares is so valuable and the way Laura combines 'textbook' knowledge with hands on experience is simply incredible. Laura is a fantastic teacher and generally the most lovely and caring person with an amazing sense of humor which made the course even more magical! "

" I will recommend Laura’s pelvic workshop as a great continue education for all yoga teachers. The workshop covers in-depth anatomy & alignment, plus both a pelvis strengthening and relaxation sequence.
Its an interactive workshop with plenty of Q&A, Laura is like an encyclopaedia, so it’s really helpful to ask those questions which has been in my mind for a little while. I love the workshop as it helped me to be more knowledgeable to help students with hip injuries/ tightness.
Personally, it is also an eye-opener for me to learn so much more about my own pelvis and linkage to unlock female pleasure."

“Laura's workshop on female pelvis is an absolute gift to every woman who is searching to embody her inner Queendom. As I learned from the workshop, pelvis is a seat of consciousness and honestly I felt the the knowledge and practices we did helped me be grounded in this THRONE that I have had troubles connecting with. In a way this workshop is about Carving the space in your Awareness so that your Inner Queen knows her place in her Queendom....mmmm i felt so much aliveness and energy after the workshop and yet felt so grounded in my worth, in my ability to be present in the moment, in my connection to my body. I highly recommend to any woman (or man) to take this workshop to reconnect to your base, your throne and your power. Thank you so much for this experience! <3”

“I have participated in many anatomy workshops. Laura’s pelvis workshop is one of a kind. It is very informative and a lot of Q and A. Laura got such an extensive knowledge about this topic. I also learned a hands on class how to strengthen and relax the pelvic floor which helped me with my back pain! I can highly recommend yoga teachers and anyone who wants to know more about the pelvis this workshop”
